Our Approach To Our Projects

As part of our constitution, the following outlines the relationship between the main director and all other contributors for each project:

The main director is responsible for the strategy of the project. The founder and the main directors establish the vision for the organization and each project. However, the main director is responsible for devising the strategy to bring that vision into reality. While others, including the founder, may provide input, their role is to support the main director's strategic direction. If, for instance, the founder is unable to persuade the main director on a certain point, the founder will step back and continue to assist the director in their efforts. This mirrors the dynamic of a parent helping with their child’s project, a business executive supporting their managers, or a junior scientist working under their lead scientist.
