A Neuro-Based Approach to Breaking Free from Limiting Beliefs
I’ve been exposed to religious trauma and need to go through deconstruction (ex-Baha'i).
I’ve been denied the tools to succeed in life since I’ve been born… All I want is my very first chance so I can survive. (Ex-Jew)
Brother I feel the same way, and I was raised Mormon.
At age ten, born into one of the most extreme Jewish sects and isolated in an attic for asking “bad” questions, I looked out of the window, watched the children on the street and wondered:
“Each of us is brought up in different communities where we’re taught how to live our lives. What if I’ve been taught the wrong things and will never know? How can I know what is really right or wrong so I don’t die wasting my life?”
Over the next decade, living in three different continents, I explored every single method I could find – from mathematics to Krishnamurti’s meditation to epistemology and more. I even taught myself to jailbreak ChatGPT, asking that programmed robot how it would escape its own conditioning to live a useful life.
Along the way, I taught myself about the brain—the machine that controls us—earning my PhD in Research Psychology (behavioral neuroscience). I discovered neuroplasticity – how our brains internalize habits – and later explored neurogenesis, the creation of new brain cells. I learned how we can literally reshape our thoughts and lives by creating and wiring these neurons into strong neural pathways. Over time, new neurons replace the old ones implanted in us by our former communities, allowing us to transcend our religious or cult-based trauma and control our own destinies.
Basically, it’s a 3-step process:
For more information on how it works and on my qualifications, please see this article.
The program is now available for the first time as a practical method where:
“I believe you've created something unique and valuable with the 'As-Is method.' I like how it's based on neuroscience and connected to the idea of neuroplasticity where it focuses on deconditioning rather than reconditioning. I also like that it can be practiced daily without seeing a therapist or counselor” (EJE2K3, Reddit)
