Ex-Muslim Advocates Learning Series (EALS)

Intro / Internal Growth Focus:

EALS helps ex-Muslims develop inner clarity, self-trust, and resilience. Through guided episodes and discussions, you’ll gain practical tools to advocate for your own well-being, navigate life beyond faith, and make thoughtful decisions with confidence.

From Personal Growth to Public Advocacy:

The first focus is on strengthening your internal foundation—self-trust, clarity, and resilience. From there, EALS guides you in translating those skills into practical advocacy: first for yourself, and then supporting others, engaging your community, and creating change that matters.

Skills You’ll Learn:

  • Critical thinking and questioning assumptions
  • Emotional resilience and self-care strategies
  • Effective communication for personal and community advocacy
  • Strategic planning for projects and initiatives
  • Learning from others while applying lessons to your own life

EALS is Two Parts:

  1.  A weekly livestream, featuring a mix of formats — from “Meet an Ex-Muslim” episodes that introduce people to others in the community (including those who prefer to stay anonymous), to Q&A sessions where we discuss real-life challenges and help each other through them, to focused talks on topics that help ex-Muslims grow as advocates — from personal boundaries and well-being to public activism and leadership.
  2. A discussion forum, where people can go deeper, share experiences, and support each other’s progress.

Livestream Episode Types:

    Discussion Forum:

All participants will have access to a public discussion forum where you can anonymously share experiences, ask questions, and support each other in applying the lessons from EALS, all in a safe environment where only approved members are allowed to post.

We have not yet started this forum as this is planned for phase 2 of EALS.

    Help Us Launch EALS:

EALS has not started yet. The program will begin once we reach the minimum number of members to ensure a rich and engaging experience, and we've received enough feedback on what people want from EALS (with respect to program structure and learning content). If you’re interested, joining now and providing feedback helps the program start sooner—delaying your registration and feedback could stall the start for everyone.
